Full Day Intensive Workshops to Prep for the 
First Level Cicerone Beer Sommelier Exam

Civilization of Beer's exclusive, full day workshops prepare culinary professionals to pass the first level, Certified Beer Server™ exam of the Cicerone Certification Beer Sommelier Program.

Cicerone.org independently tests candidates on the knowledge most crucial to creating and maintaining diverse and profitable beer programs at retail. Civ. Of Beer provides this knowledge through a traditional learning platform. Subjects covered are proper storage and service, ingredients, brewing process, flavor and evaluation, styles and pairing. 

In addition, students are exposed to proven hand selling and food pairing techniques developed by Civilization of Beer.

Culinary student discounts are available and training for second level Certified Cicerone Certification is also now available on a very limited basis.
